Return & Exchange Policy

At Ortak, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery.
  
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
  
• You must ship the parcel back within 7 days from the delivery date.
  
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged within 7 days if the same-cost article is available.
  

Exchange on Discounted Articles

• You can exchange the article with another article of the same cost.
• If no same-cost article is available, you may exchange it for a lower-cost article, but no refund or price difference will be issued.
  

How to Return or Exchange

• Email us at ortakreview@gmail.com or contact us at +92 314 2113051 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
• Send the parcel to our Karachi office:
• DHA Phase 2, Karachi
  
• Return/Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
  
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your payment provider).
  

Important Notes

• No returns or refunds after 7 days.
  
• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  
• Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
