• To be eligible, items must be:

• Include all tags and accessories intact
• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• You may return the item through any courier service.
• No Returns on Sale items. Ortak doesn't offer returns on purchased items which are associated with any sale/discount.

Please note, price adjustments or refunds due to further markdowns (e.g., if the item goes on higher discount later) are not applicable. However, if you wish to exchange with another article of the same value, we’d be happy to arrange that. Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
